Militaria

Militaria is the annual essay anthology of the Military History Club, founded by Saul David in 2021. Each volume publishes research by club members on subjects chosen by the contributors, allowing medieval warfare, imperial campaigns, world wars, military institutions and modern conflict to appear within the same collection.

The series is thematic rather than chronological and each essay retains its individual byline. Across the volumes, battlefield narratives sit beside studies of law, technology, medicine, occupation, procurement and military memory. The result is a forum for emerging historians and informed enthusiasts rather than a single-author survey of warfare.
