Adrian Westbrooke is an author of historical naval fiction whose work is shaped by a longstanding interest in maritime history, exploration and warfare during the Age of Sail. An experienced offshore and cruising sailor, he brings practical knowledge of ships, navigation and life at sea to his fiction. The novels combine seamanship, exploration and combat with the career development of an officer serving during a period of revolution and imperial rivalry.
