On the eve of the Second World War, blind virtuoso Chaisley Frappier undertakes a concert tour through a Europe increasingly controlled by Nazi law. When she learns that disabled people are being targeted, her fame and freedom of movement give her an opportunity to help threatened families reach safety.
British intelligence officer Rick Zimmerman is assigned as her driver, using the tour as cover for sabotage and information gathering.
