The biography examines his administrative ability, piety and command of political spectacle alongside his severity towards rebels, prisoners and civilians. The United States edition uses the title Henry V: The Astonishing Triumph of England’s Greatest Warrior King, reflecting the same study of a ruler whose achievements depended on relentless war.
