The Anne Boleyn Chronicles

The Anne Boleyn Chronicles reconstruct Anne Boleyn’s formative continental years before her emergence at the English court. Beginning in 1513 in Margaret of Austria’s household at Mechelen, the sequence follows Anne through the courts of Louis XII, Claude of France and Francis I, where language, ceremony, patronage and faction shape her political education.

The first four novels place Anne beside Mary Tudor, Mary Boleyn, Renée of France, Leonardo da Vinci and the rulers who competed for power across Renaissance Europe. They present the future queen not as a finished political actor but as a young attendant learning how reputation, royal marriage and diplomatic spectacle could determine a woman’s fate.
