Sandra Byrd

Sandra Byrd is a bestselling author of historical fiction, romantic suspense, contemporary novels, children’s books and Christian devotionals. She has published more than fifty books and also works as a developmental editor and writing coach, mentoring authors at different stages of their careers. Her work has received two Christy Award nominations, starred reviews and Best Book selections from Library Journal, a Historical Novel Society Editor’s Choice award and recognition from BookPage and Booklist. Byrd’s fiction commonly combines romance, mystery and Christian faith, with particular attention to women confronting restricted choices, family obligations and questions of personal identity.
