The third Double Agent novel moves through the Italian campaign towards Berlin as Soviet and Western Allied armies close on Nazi Germany. Gerlis uses the documented political tensions of 1945 and the emerging post-war rivalry as the background for fictional double agents and intelligence operations. The book is scheduled for publication on 11 August 2026.
