Killigrew’s Run

The Baltic, 1854. As the British fleet begins operations against Russia during the Crimean War, Commander Kit Killigrew is ordered to recover Viscount Bullivant, a civilian war tourist captured with information the Russians consider important. Negotiations fail, and Killigrew himself falls into the hands of the Third Section, the tsarist secret police.

Killigrew has forty-eight hours to escape, free Bullivant and recover the viscount’s yacht. Pursued through the Ekenäs Archipelago by Captain-Lieutenant Count Mikhail Pechorin, he must navigate confined waters and confront a Russian warship in an unarmed schooner.
