Downton Abbey Script Book Season

The Downton Abbey script books collect Julian Fellowes’s complete teleplays for the first three seasons of the drama, following the Crawley family and their servants from the sinking of the Titanic in 1912 through the First World War and into the early 1920s. The volumes preserve omitted dialogue and scenes alongside Fellowes’s introductions and episode commentary, showing how the household’s marriages, inheritances, scandals and losses were shaped by wider changes in British society.
