The Secrets of Ashmore Castle
In 1901, the Earl of Stainton dies in a hunting accident, forcing his eldest son Giles to abandon the independent life he has built and return to Ashmore Castle. He inherits a title, a divided household and debts serious enough to threaten the Tallants’ future. Giles loves the penniless Nina, but the shy and wealthy Kitty Bayfield appears to offer the only marriage capable of rescuing the estate.
As Giles weighs affection against duty, the Tallant family and their servants must adjust to a new master and an uncertain order.
