Storycuts

The Storycuts group brings together three short digital releases published under the M. C. Scott name in 2011. They move beyond a single continuous setting: one collection links modern archaeology, prehistoric ritual and Pantera’s Roman past; Raven Feeder enters the Norse conversion of Orkney; and The Last Roman in Britain imagines a Celtic victory over Rome.

Although these works share themes and characters with the Boudica and Rome novels, they are independent short fiction rather than numbered instalments in either sequence. Together they explore disputed history, spiritual tradition, resistance to conversion and alternate outcomes to imperial conquest.
