Anglo-Russian War
1807–1812 CE
After the Treaties of Tilsit, Russia broke relations with Britain and joined the Continental System. Although major fleet actions were limited, British and Russian forces confronted one another in the Baltic and disrupted trade.
The conflict overlapped with the Gunboat War, the Finnish War and shifting alliances in northern Europe. It ended when Napoleon invaded Russia in 1812.
The Baltic Prize sends Kydd into waters where Britain must support Sweden, watch the Russian fleet and operate among allies whose interests do not always coincide.
