Splendid Trilogy

The Splendid books begin with American heiress Emma Dunster’s arrival in Regency London and continue through the courtships of her British friends and relations. Splendid contrasts American commercial confidence with aristocratic convention, Dancing at Midnight centres on a veteran marked by war, and Minx follows a woman already managing the estate a gentleman unexpectedly inherits.

Where’s My Hero? is included as volume 3.5 because Julia Quinn’s novella “A Tale of Two Sisters” completes Ned Blydon’s long-running secondary arc. The anthology’s other stories are unrelated, so the book record describes and links only Quinn’s contribution to this sequence.
