Jebe

Jebe was one of Genghis Khan’s most important field commanders. After entering Temüjin’s service, he became renowned for long-range campaigns and helped extend Mongol power across Central Asia and into the Caucasus.

Jebe was one of Genghis Khan’s most important field commanders, remembered for mobility and independent command. Alongside Subutai he led a vast reconnaissance and campaign through Central Asia, the Caucasus and the steppe, defeating several armies before his death in the early 1220s.
