Constantius Gallus

Constantius Gallus was a member of the Constantinian dynasty appointed Caesar in the eastern Roman Empire. Constantius Gallus served as Caesar and Roman consul. Constantius Gallus belonged to Constantinian dynasty.

His government at Antioch became associated with repression and conflict with imperial officials, and Constantius II eventually recalled and executed him. Constantius Gallus was born in Massa Marittima and died in Plomin.
