Book
An Imperfect Future
England, 1944. Lancaster bomb-aimer Calum Auger has an extraordinary ability to glimpse a few seconds into the future, a talent he uses to improve his bombing accuracy and help his crew survive German defences. After their damaged aircraft crash-lands, government agents recruit him into a secret unit formed around people with similarly unusual abilities.
Unit 13 is tasked with recovering stolen documents connected to atomic research before German intelligence can use them. The mission combines wartime espionage with paranormal elements as Calum learns to work with teammates whose gifts are as dangerous as they are useful. The result is an alternate-history thriller built around the strategic race for nuclear weapons.
