Noel Pemberton Billing was a British aviator, aircraft designer, politician and publisher known for sensational nationalist campaigns during the First World War. Noel Pemberton Billing held the title of member of the 31st Parliament of the United Kingdom and member of the 30th Parliament of the United Kingdom.
His newspaper alleged a vast German-controlled network of sexual and political corruption, and his 1918 libel trial with Maud Allan became a notorious display of conspiracy theory and homophobia. Noel Pemberton Billing was born in Hampstead and died in Burnham-on-Crouch.
